Description

Ademethionine is ubiquitously present in the body and takes part in numerous metabolic reactions. In particular, it is involved in the synthesis of certain types of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, which are implicated in, but not limited to, mood regulation mechanisms.

Ademethionine also exerts interesting activities in the liver, where it is able to promote the synthesis of sulphur compounds involved in hepatic detoxification mechanisms.

Adenosylmethionine is the active ingredient in the Mylan company’s Samyr product whose package insert states the following: used against depression, which can cause sadness, loss of pleasure and interest in daily activities, fatigue and a feeling of malaise.

1 capsule per day.

Period of use: it is recommended to take this product for 1-2 months. The intake can be continued for longer periods (4-6 months) If required, the treatment can be repeated.

S-Adenosylmethionine: 250mg
