Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function. Zinc and Selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress and maintain healthy hair and nails. Useful in the menopause, premenopause and premenstrual syndrome.

1 capsule, 2 times a day, morning and evening.
Period of use: it is recommended to continue treatment for at least 1-2 months. In cases of benefit and need, the product can be taken all year round.
